For some time past Hadda, the Mad Mullah of Afghanistan, lias been causing internal turmoil in the country. At first the Ameer showed a disposition to yield to the influence of the fanatical priest whoso hatred of the British is notorious, but latterly had adopted a different attitude. His present action removes a source of danger to tjie friendly relations between Afghanistan and Great Britain.
