TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—l fear our Japanese allies will Ie«» Auckland with a very poor opinion of oar colonial breeding. I allude to the manner in which the landing is blocked by boys and others, who ought to know better. A» *» have no water police, surely the harbour authorities ought to see that these strangers are not inconvenienced by the crowds who block the entrance to the steps.—l am,'etc., Okzookw
