BEQUESTS BY THE LATE MR. JAMES BELL.
AwoN-GsT (he bequests in the will of Mr. James Bell, late of Wairoa South, probate of Which was granted by the Supreme' Court yesterday on the application of Mr. George M. Johnston, solicitor for the executors, is one of the sum of £300 to the Presbyterian Church property trustees, to be invested subject to the conditions and provisions of the Will, and the interest applied annually in the giving of prize* to the children attending Presbyterian Sunday-schools within the provincial district of Auckland, and Mr. Johnston has notified the Auckland Presbytery to this effect. Another bequest in the will is the sum of £100, to be invested, and the intoiest applied either by the trustees of the will or by the Auckland Agricultural Association in the giving of prizes in connection with agricultural matters.
