[by telegraph.—mess ASSOCIATION'.] . 4 Kaikoiia, Monday. Mr. Class arrived in Hawko's Bay on Wednesday. A mooting was held, and branches of the Farmers' Union wero formed at Napier, Taradalo, Petone, Olive, and Kaikora. Two meetings were held overy day. An influential meeting was held at Hastings on Saturday evening. Captain Russell and Mr. Fraser, wish all the influential men in the place, wore present. The fanners unanimously agreed to support tie Union. 'Iho bush districts will bo worked this week: then Wuirarapa, and Wellington, leaving for Marlborough in about fortnight.
