The Union Company's steamer Monro, Captain Norman Beaumont, arrived from Southern and East Coast ports yesterday morning with a number of passengers and a quantity of grain, produce, and general merchandise. Mr. John Low, the purser, reports that the .Moura left Dunedin on Friday last, and called at Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne, leaving the latter port at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday, arriving at 9.30 a.m. yesterday. Moderate variable winds and fine weather prevailed during the passage. The Moura leaves for East Coast and Southern porta at noon to-morrow. THE MAIL STEAMER VENTURA.
