A THAMES CASE.
[by TELEGRAPH".— own correspondent.] Thames, Monday. The charge preferred against Thomas Day, of having misappropriated a certain sum of money, the property of the Court Pride of Parnell Lodge, was further remanded to-day until the 31st inst. N The application for the remand was opposed by Detective Herbert, but counsel for the accused said that.it was advisable that, the Stipendiary Magistrate should hear the case, and there was a possibility of the latter being available on Friday next. After some consideration the Bench (Messrs. Radford and Whitehcuse, J.P.'s), granted the remand, bail being allowed accused as before.
