THOSE TRAM RAILS.
' . TO THE EDITOR. •' \ Sir,—l am one of the victims, and come a most inglorious cropper one evening in Hob-son-street, and load a vehicle been passing at the time I should have been pitched right under the wheels. Now, if the contractors would simply give them a-.good coat of whitewash directly they are deposited in the water channel all the danger to life and limb would bo avoided, and ths public ■ spared a lot of profanity.—l am, etc.,James Bttbtt.
