WANGANUI HOSPITAL.
[by telegraph.—press ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Wednesday. The Hospital Board to-day accepted plans for the Queen Victoria ward at the hospital. The new wing will accommodate 22 beds, and will be 100 ft long by 25ft wide, and contain several other rooms, lavatories, etc. The building will cost about £2500, nearly half of which was raised by local subscription.
