1 FAST: MOTOR-CAR RACING IN : AMERICA. /,; • New York, November 17.—-Some remark ; able motor-car racing was witnessed yesterday afternoon in the presence of 30,000 spectators on the boulevard from Prospect Park, Brooklyn, to Coney Island. This road was closed to the public in , order to give the competitors a clear course. >It'!is. one of. the finest tracks in the vicinity of New York, straight, and flat as a billiard ; table! and it had been put in especially fine condition for the laces, which were held after a parade of upwards of one hundred i motor-cars.
