The 1 International Sugar Bounties' Conference, sitting here, favours the principle of a gradual reduction in indirect bounties established by the laws of the various ; countries to encourage production, but considers the obstacles in the way of carrying out the suggestion serious. America and Russia are not represented at the conference.
