CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION
AMENDED REGULATION.
[by telegraph.—pkess association.] Wellington, Thursday. An amended regulation lias been issued under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, fixing the payment of each elected member of the Arbitration Court at £1 10s for each day he is engaged, with an extra 13s for expenses if on land, and 5s if at sea. The president is to receive £2 2s for each day he is absent from home, and 5s for each day at sea. In all cases the Government defrays the cost of transport. "
