The Brough Comedy Company left Sydney •on Wednesday • night, per. Zealandia, and may be expected in Auckland on Monday next. A cable , received from - Mr. Brough .states that at the. last moment Mrs. . Brough was advised; by Sir Thomas Fitzgerald to undergo ; a slight operation on one of her knees. Happily the trouble is a "simple one, but it will necessitate a week's rest, and Mrs. Brough will consequently not appear in "The Second in Command," which is to be played during the first four nights of the V season."
