[il\* TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Wellington, Sunday. Speaking at a dinner of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association last night, Mr. Gray; Secretary of the Department, said flits. revenue for the past three months, notwithstanding penny postage, showed very substantial results. He explained that the Postmaster-General hoped within twelve months to make one or two amendments in the direction of benefiting the rank and file of the service.
