STATEMENT BY SIB E. GREY. By Telegraph.— Association.— (Received November 30, 0.15 a.m.) London. November 29. Sir Edward Grey, speaking at Glasgow, said it was only honest to tell the Irish Party that it was impossible for the Liberals to repeat the experiment of 1892. No Government dependent. on Irish votes could satisfy Irish demands.
