THE KENNEDY BAY FATALITY
PURELY ACCIDENTAL. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Cono?XA,NrjEL. Friday. At the Magistrate's Court this forenoon, before Messrs Rhodes and James, J.P.'s, Sydney Godolphin Symons was charged with the murder of George Buries, on the barquentine Senorita, at Kennedy's Bay, on the 24th inst. Mr. W. A. Caraeli appeared for the accused, and Detective Maddcrn appeared for the prosecution. Several witnesses were examined, and it was clearly proved that the occurrence was purely accidental.
