GAZETTE NOTICES.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. Christopher F. Maxwell, of Auckland, has been gazetted a J. P. Lieutenant H. R. Potter has been promoted to be captain. The resignation of Lieutenant Markham as adjutant to the First Battalion Auckland Infantry, has been accepted, and he has been transferred to the unattached active list.
