The Tenders will be for—(a) Natal, ex- ' elusive of Charlestown; (b) the Orange River ' Colony and Transvaal, including the Cape [ Colony north of the Orange River, also Charlestown in Natal; (c) Cape Colony south ' of the Orange River. 3. Tenderers may offer for the Supply of | both Live Stock and Dead Meat, or for Live j Stock only, or for Dead Meat only. Three Kings, at 7 p.m.: — In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in them in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1886, and its Amendments, the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, and its Amendments, and the Road Board Act, 1882, and its Amendments, the Mount Roskill Road Board do hereby Resolve, as follows:— That, for the purpose of providing the interest and othei charges on a Loan of £4000 authorised to be raised by the Mount RoskiU Road Board, under the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act. 1836, and its Amendments, for the laying down of water mains and the carrying out of work incidental thereto for a water supply for that portion of the Mount Roskill District hereafter described, the Mount Eoskill Road Board do hereby make and levy a Special Rate of |d in the £ upon the ratable value of all ratable propertv of the Mount Eoskill Road District within the water supply area, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such Joan, and be payable to the Collector, at the Office of the Board, Three Kings, half-yearly, on the first day of June and the first day of December in each and every year during a period equal to the currency of such loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off. The rate of interest upon the said loan shall be three pounds ten shillings per centum pei annum, and thi annual charge includes sinking fund. The cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest are to be paid out of the said loan.
