MANGERE SCHOOLS EXHIBITION.

THE Mangere schools' exhibition, to be held on the 29th and 30th, bids fair to be a great success. The School Committee have got all the arrangements completed, and, given fine weather, the exhibition should be quite as successful as (lie one he'd two years ago. Mr. Bennett, of Messrs. Bennett and Green, Auckland, and Mr. Whitelay, of Otalmhu, have accepted the position of judges of plants, vegetables, etc., and Mesdames Dickenson, Rutherford, and Hodge have kindly consented to act as judges of the industrial and cookery portion of the exhibition. Mr. Jas. Muir, of the Board of Education, is judge of woodwork, carving, etc. The committee, mindful of outsiders, bave opened classes for butter, eg??, bread, preserves, table decoration, etc. Mr. W. F. Masse-, M.H.R., is to open the exhibition at two o'clock on the 29th inst.— Correspondent.]
