Mr. H. A. Palmer, the well-known representative for Webber's Vitadatio, is announced to give his celebrated lecture, " Vitadatio and its Cures," in the Foresters' Hall, Karangahape Road, on Monday evening. Mr. Palmer gave his lecture here Bome weeks ago, and on that occasion had such a vast and interested audience that he had to repeat the lecture the following night, and even then hundreds could not be admitted; so he decided that, as soon as convenient, he would return and give those who were unable to gain admittance an opportunity of hearing him, as this is Mr. Palmer's last tour through New Zealand prior to his leaving for South Africa and America, where he intends running Vitadatio. We understand that Mr. Palmer is going to make some startling statements relative to cures of cancer by Vitadatio, and as this dread disease is rapidly increasing in our midst, it will be interesting to hear of something that will cure it. The annual accounts of the City Council, it is notified by the town clerk, may be inspected during office hours.
