[BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. In the Divorce Court to-day v decree nisi was granted in the case of David Drake v. Annie M. Drake and Thomas McGoveni. This was the sequel to a recent arrest, and the bringing back of the respondent and co-respondent from Auckland.

One hundred and thirty-four tons of new season's dairy produce were sent Home by the Wakanui yesterday, 108 tons from Wellington, 16 tons from Auckland, and 10 tons from Dunedin.

Gisborne, Friday. The opening of the bowling season took place today, there being a recoru gathering of bowlers and visitors present. Mr. W.
