BRUNNER DISASTER FUND.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION'..] Wellington, Friday. Argument was heard in the Supreme Court in the case of Moore and others v. the Public Trusted, claim for pensions on the fund raised after the Brunner disaster, which had been stopped on plaintiffs remarrying. Mr.* Guinness, who appeared for the plaintiffs, claimed that the provisions of the deed under which the trustee acted had not been complied with, as the Board had nob been consulted. Judgment was deferred.
