REDUCTION OF CAPITAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. London, September 1. As a result of the committee's recent report recommending a drastic reduction of capital, the shareholders of Allsopp and Sons' brewery have decided to reduce the capital of the company by £1,430,000, writing off 80 per cent, ordinary stock and 50 per cent, preferred stock.
