The cargo steamer Gadsby arrived from New York direct last night, but no communication was permitted with the steamer, owing to her not having been visited by the health officer or the Customs authorities. The steamer left New York on May 24 with a full cargo of kerosene and general merchandise, but had to put. back 'again on the 26th, having collided with a schooner, and resumed her voyage on June 4.
