By Telegraph.— Association.— 1 London, July 21. Owing to the excellent work done by Bertram Steel, of Melbourne, and Joseph Mellor, of New Zealand, who are studying at Breslau and Manchester respectively, the commissioners of j the 185 Exhibition have renewed their scholarships for a third year.
