[BY telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Thursday. Ay old miner, just returned from the Mokau coalfield, says he finds it to be of greater extent than he expected. lie thinks when geologically surveyed, it will be found to tie of greater area than any other coalfield in the- colony. A .Sydney syndicate lias leased 'iuuo acres of it, and purposes uncurl depot at VVangamii.
