By Telegraph.—Press Association,—Copyright. (Received June 27, 12.57 a.tin) Lonijox, June 26. The Scotch Courts have decided that Sir William Chmliffe Brook's domicile was English, thus sustaining his will. Tho widow and daughter sought to prove a Scotch domicile.
