THE KAURI GUM MARKET. The following are our quotations of kauri gum for the week ending Juno 25, 1901: — Whites gum: Poor ordinary. £25 and upwards; fair ordinary, £45 and upwards ; bold —"crape:'., free from nuts, £72 and upward l ; ; East Coast (best quality), £72 and upwards; re-scraped, £115 and upward*. Black gum : Nuts, sifted, £10 arid upwards; medium, free from sugar, £18 and upwards; good, £48 and upwards. Remarks on market: Arrivals for 25 days of .Tune, -130 tons. There is no new feature in the market; the demand is quiet, and prices are unaltered.
