SUPREME COURT CASE. THE VICAR APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OE TilF, BUILDING COMMITTEE. At a sitting in chambers at the Supreme Court yesterday (he action brought by the vicar and vestry of St. Matthew's Church against James Hurt I and W. S. Cochrane, trustees: of the stone elm fund, came up for hearing before Ills Honor Mr. Justice Cmiolly. The application was for an order by consent that Ihe vicar, the Rev. W. K. (rilhiii), be appointed . liuii man of the Buildin;,' Committee. Mr. Hugh Campbell appeared for ihe vicar and vestry, and Mr. T. Cotter for (be trustees. On the ease bring called.
