SIGNALLING THIRTY MILES FROM

A MOTORCAR

Mil. Marconi delivered a most interesting lecture on his syntonic system of wireless telegraphy tore the (Society of Arts on May 15.

A great advance has been made in the new science, one gathered, by using receivers and transmitting which are "in tune," With each oilier. " Such an appliance would have been of use tjo the besieged garrisons in South Africa and China. 1 trust to have the opportunity of showing it to the War Office in a few davs."
