RAILWAY CROSSING ACCIDENT
[BY TELKORAVH.-- ASSOCIATION.] Westport, Thursday. A skrioi'S accident happened this aftes noon at Henry-street railway crossing. A expressman., mimed W. Green, was crossing the line with an express cart, and did not notice an engine approaching, through his view of the line being blocked by the railway workshops. A collision * occurred, with the result that the express was smashed to pieces, and the horse injured. Green was thrown out, and sustained very severe injuries, the precise nature of which are not yet ascertained. Green is an old >Ve*t Coaster.
