Berlin, June 19. The Emperor, speaking at Cuxhafen, said the mutual esteem and comradeship displayed by the Allies in China assured the peace of Europe for many years. (Received .Tune 21, 12.34 a.m.) Berlin', June 20. In his speech at Cuxhafen, the Emperor stated that Germany's future lies on the water. He urged the Hanseatic town to secure new trade outlets. It would be his duty, lie said, to protect commerce.
