The Minis- | ter's proposals, the Board allege, will do a I grave injustice to a large number of teachers ; who are deserving of consideration, but are '• excluded from participating. The Board, j therefore, asks the Minister, without further ! delay, to authorise the. distribution of the' grant according to the Hoard's reeommenda- I tious and in accordance, with law. j
