I.VtOItMATION lias been received that the Board of Directors in Condon of the New Zealand River Plate Rand Mortgage Company (Limited) has resolved, to pay an interim dividend at the rate of 2J per cent, for the six months ended' April 30, 1901. The transfer books will be closed from June 26 to July 5, both days inclusive, and the dividend will be payable on July 6, 1901.
