The arrangements in connection with the complimentary concert which is being tendered to the Rev. Dr. Egan, at the Opera House, next Tuesday, are being energetically carried out. It is understood that a very large number of tickets have already been disposed of, and this, together with the fact that a first-class programme has been prepared, should ensure - a highly-suc-cessful performance. Among jthe contributors to the programme will be DA Egan himself, Mr. Frank M. Clark (by permission of Mr. P. R. Dix), Madam Casier, Miss Annie Taylor, the Waiata Quartette, Mr. Albert Lucas (elocutionist), and a large number of others, the whole , being under the directorship of Mi. Arthur Towsey.
