The annual sermons of the Pakuranga Wesley an Church were preached on Sunday last by the Rev. J. T. Pinfold. On Thursday the usual picnic was held at the mountain, and an enjoyable day spent. In the evening the church was crowded, and the chair taken by Mr. Pinfold, who gave an address on Sunday-school work. Several solos were rendered, and choruses by the children. Miss White presided at the harmonium..
