Mrs. MacQueeny, better known as Kate Livingstone, a cousin of the celebrated Dr. Livingstone, has now entered upon her 104 th year. She lives at Salon,, Mull. Though afflicted now with deafness, and her memory to a considerable extent gone, she is in fairly good health. Dr. Livingstone invariably, on visiting Mull, called to see her or sen'b for her to visit him. She still exhibits with pride a handsome silver brooch with her name inscribed on it with which the distinguished traveller presented her.
