[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS association.] Dtjnedin, Monday. At the annual meeting of the Union Steamship Company, the Hon. G. McLean presided. The directors' report recommended the payment of a dividend of 4 per cent, for the half-year, making, with the interim dividend, 7 per cent, for the year. The report was adopted, and the Hon. G. McLean re-elected director.
