By Telegraph.— Association.— PACIFIC CABLE. Melbourne, November 24. Me. Chamberlain has cabled to the Lieu-tenant-Governor that the Imperial Government has accepted a tender for the Pacificcable, but does not mention the amount or any details. ACCIDENTS TO CYCLISTS. Melbourne, November 25. The opening of the East Melbourna cycling track was- marked by a series of accidents. Parsons and Green (the English crack) each broke an arm, and Goodson dislocated his arm and fingers. A number of others were badly damaged.
