The Bank of New Zealand, as Agents for the Lyttelton Harbour Board, are prepared to receive Tenders at Christchurch, up to 3 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 30th November, 1900, for the Debentures of the abovenamed Board for the sum of £15,000, being the second instalment of a Loan of £60,000 authorised by Section 4 of the Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan Act, 1897. The principal and interest of this Loan are secured upon tlu Harbour Fund of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, subject to existing charges. The Debentures are for £100 each, payable on the Ist of July. 1929, with Coupons attached for payment half-yearly on the Ist July and Ist January in each year of interest at the rate of £4 per centum per annum. The Debentures will be shotted to the high-' est Tenderers, but no Tender will be accepted at less than £100 for every £100 of the Debentures.
