To-day Messrs. Baker Brothers will sell a freehold property in Edwin-street, Rocky Nook. Last week several of the students of the Electrical Training Institute passed a very successful examination in electrical subjects, and one has obtained a Government engineer's certificate, qualifying him to take charge of a marine oil engine. The third term commences this week, of which particulars will be found in pur advertising columns.
