In bringing presumably under the notice of tho public of Australasia generally, and of Now Zealand in particular, at the present moment, tho merits and curative powers of Vitadatio, I am not actuated by a spirit of commercial enterprise or gain. Its curative properties are so well known—in fact, are a household word in theso colonies—that it is unnecessary to allude to them; but it is to its efficacy as an antidote to blood poisoning, as well as a curative, that I wish to allude. Tho blood is the life; impnre blood makes itself manifest in countless ways; the system becomes liko a drought-stricken district, that readily absorbs any sort of moisture. So it is with tho human system. If the blood is pure, it will not absorb ovory microbe that approaches it; or, if it does succeed in getting a hold it will be in a lesser degree and much more easily dealt with.
