THE FEDERAL DELEGATES.

London, May 8. The Constitutional Club entertained the Federal delegates at dinner. Messrs. Deakin and Kingston explained their persistency for the Bill in its unamended form was backed by the voice and vote of an overwhelming majority of the people of Australia.
Mr. Macartney, the Parliamentary Secretary of the Admiralty, in responding for the Government, anticipated that tho delegates would return home bearing the seal on their successful mission.
