DeMatit pleaded guilty on one' charge, and m other charges were then withdrawn. Myers, of Wellington, counsel for the Plaintiff, said the information was laid under 'M iwctrio' Lines Act, 1084, for breaches °H«Wiglit »in Press Association cables. wfend'uit, who was not a subscriber to the W#B,-had published a number of telepins relating to the war within the period Protected hy Aot, and were evidently copied m papers which were supplied bv the asRation. Defendant had been repeatedly ™ed to desist, but not having done so, the Present prosecution was the result. Ah, mm.
