[a? telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] ;;"; : , Donedin, Tuesday. A KAN named James Hill was. arrested at Kaitangata on a charge of manslaughter, on |TOjV night* last. Accused had a fight fit!) a ypung man named John Thomson, she WM'foimd dead in bed next morning. Deceased, after the fight, upon going to bed, complained of pains in the ear, and of a splitting headache. A post-mortem examination wealed a fractured skull. Hill was Kmanded for eight days.
