[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. ANOTnF.n member of the railway service has resigned, in the person of Mr. R. Triggs chief clerk of the Locomotive Department, who has accepted an important position in West Australia. Mr. Triggs has been in the railway service for 23 years.
