Wyndham, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for War, said it was only proposed at present to embody the cost of the militia in the war vote. Probably the militia reserves would not be needed. Mr. William Redmond, after a vio' lent speech, was expelled from the House. Mr. Balfour moved the closure, and the £10,000,000 was voted by 271 votes to 32.
