By Telegraph.—Press Association—Copyright London, October 19. One million pounds' sterling worth of West Australian 4 per cent. Treasury Bills have been placed on the London market. The minimum is fixed at 98. Sale 3 have been made at 98j and 99. The bills have a two years' currency.
