OHAIJPO. At Mr. W. J. Hunter's stock sale, on TuesK ? Tar 300 head of cattle were offered, included m which were about 70 dairy cows. The stock was of average quality, and in good condition for the timo of year. Dairy cows were in fair demand. Calves and yearlings sold fairly well. The following were the quo-tations:-Dairy cows, from £4 to £5 for average quality; springing heifers, £2 10s to £3 10s; sterlings, mixed, £i 4s 6d; 15-moiths steers, £1 163: three-years steers, from £3 to « M; 2}-year steers, rather coarse, £2 10s to *>1 15s: grown steers, nearly fat, £6 17s 6dnot quite bo forward, from £412s to £417 a 6d ; two-year steers. £2; young empty oows, £2 Us' ™S"E ea J fe*l' £1 139 : yearling heifers! well-bred. £15s: calves, mixed, 19s; good steer C K^\ wol ; hr ?
