NOTICE.— An Action of Multiple Poinding is presently pending in tlio Sheriff Court of Ayrshire, Kilmarnock, at the instance of John Muir, Retired confectioner, residing at 11, Jedburgh Gardens, ivelvinside, Glasgow, and at High Fenwick, in the Parish of fenwick, Ayrshire, Scotland, executor, Dative decerned, and confirmed, of the deceased, Robert Young, Retired Parmer, formerly of Hillliead Farm, near Fenwick. and latterly residing at Midland Cottage, Fenwick, alorosaid, Pursuer and Real Kaiser, against JAMES YOUNG, Manufacturer, 92, Union-street, Glasgow, and others, Defenders, in which Action the said Pursuer and Real Raiser prays the Court to find that he, as Executor Dative aforesaid, is the holder of the sum of £446 Os lOd. being tho amount of the executry Estate of the said deceased Roliert Young, who died on 4th September, 1898, intestate and unmarried, and without leaving lawful issue free foi division among the heirs in mobilibus of the said deceased Robert Young; and that lie, as Executor Dative aforesaid, is only liable in oneo and singlo payment; and that on payment or consignation thereof he is entitled to bo exonered thereof, and to obtain payment of his expenses, and that decree should issue in favour of the party or parties who shall bo found to have best right to the fund in medio.
