THE ANGLO-RUSSIAN AGREEMENT. By Telegraph-Press Assoc:Copyright. London, May 10. In tho House of Commons, Mr. St. John Brodrick, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, stated that under Britain's agreement with Russia regarding the Yangtse Vallev it was provided that no portion would ever be leased, mortgaged or alienated to any other Power. Britain's treaty rights north of the Great Wall would remain intact.
